Lead & CRM systems
Lead capture, CRM structure, routing, follow-up and customer context across yacht sales and service enquiries.
I’ve worked with High Seas Yachting since 2023 across different CRM, automation, integration and digital-system projects. The work has involved connecting and improving parts of the business rather than forcing everything into one platform.
High Seas Yachting operates across yacht sales, charter, management and related services. That means the useful system is not one giant replacement platform. It is a set of connected processes where each tool keeps the job it is best suited to do.
The public view focuses on safe, representative parts of the work rather than exposing internal yacht, client or operational data.
Lead capture, CRM structure, routing, follow-up and customer context across yacht sales and service enquiries.
Forms, field structure, data handling and workflows supporting broker operations and onboarding.
Connections between GoHighLevel, Google Workspace and other systems where information needed to move or trigger another action.
Lead capture, assignment, notifications and follow-up around campaigns and industry events.
Audit and systems analysis around Runnerr, connected data flows and how future CRM work should support rather than duplicate the operational platform.
As HSY’s operational environment expanded, my work also involved understanding how Runnerr and the surrounding systems fit together. That included auditing existing processes, integrations and data flows so future CRM or automation work could support the yacht operation without duplicating systems that already had a clear operational role.
The relationship provides proof across both implementation and ongoing systems thinking.
