What I collect

When you send a project brief or quick message, I may collect your name, email address, optional company name, project context, the areas you would like help with, links you provide, and basic submission information such as the source page and submission ID.

If you attach files, I also receive the files you choose to upload so I can understand and respond to your enquiry.

How I use enquiry information

I use the information you provide to review your request, understand the project or problem, reply to you and decide on a practical next step. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

File uploads

If you attach a brief, screenshot, workflow, spreadsheet or other supporting document, I use it only as part of reviewing and responding to the enquiry or, if we later work together, as part of the relevant project context.

Please do not upload passwords, API keys, authentication codes, payment details or other credentials through the website. If secure access is needed, we can arrange that separately.

Storage and service providers

I use hosting, cloud storage, email and productivity providers to receive, store and respond to enquiries. Website enquiries are processed through the Scalewithpam website server and may be recorded in private Google Workspace services used for enquiry management, file storage and email notification.

When booking functionality is used, scheduling, calendar and video-meeting providers may process the information needed to schedule and provide the call.

Analytics and attribution

The website may record limited source and campaign information, such as the page you arrived on, referring website or campaign parameters, so I can understand which channels lead to genuine enquiries. I do not intentionally send your project description, uploaded file names or other enquiry contents into website analytics.

Retention

I keep enquiry information and supporting files only for as long as reasonably necessary to review the enquiry, communicate with you, deliver agreed work, maintain appropriate business records or meet legal obligations. Unnecessary files may be removed when they are no longer needed.

Security

I use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information submitted through the website. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Sharing and sale of information

I do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate the website, receive enquiries, store files, send email, schedule calls or provide related business services.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information I hold about you, request a correction, ask for deletion where appropriate, or raise a privacy question by emailing pam@scalewithpam.com.
