The information on this website is provided to explain my services, experience and selected project work. It is not a substitute for a project-specific agreement, statement of work or professional advice tailored to your situation.

Enquiries do not create a client relationship

Sending a project brief, quick message or booking request does not by itself create a client relationship or require either of us to proceed with a project.

Project work

If we decide to work together, the scope, fees, timing, responsibilities, revisions, payment terms and any other project-specific conditions should be agreed separately in the relevant contract, proposal, platform agreement or statement of work.

Website content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Scalewithpam website content, original diagrams, written material and presentation structure are provided for viewing and evaluation. Client logos, screenshots and other client-owned materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Please do not copy, republish or present Scalewithpam materials as your own without permission.

Case studies and project examples

Project pages are intended to show selected parts of real implementation work. They may simplify diagrams or omit confidential details for privacy, security and clarity. Any business outcomes shown should be read only in the context actually stated on the page.

External services and links

This website may link to or embed third-party services such as Cal.com, Zoom, Google services, software platforms and client websites. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers.

Some software links on this website may be referral links. If you choose to sign up through one, I may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not change how I assess whether a tool is appropriate for a project.

Acceptable use

Please do not use forms or uploads to send malicious files, unlawful material, spam, credentials, authentication codes or information you are not authorised to share.

Availability and errors

I try to keep the website accurate and available, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page, integration or third-party service will always be error-free or available.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, use of the public website is at your own risk. Project-specific responsibilities and liability are governed by the agreement that applies to the actual client engagement.
