CRM & data
Customer records, lifecycle, fields, ownership and operational context.
I’m Pam Adebisi, a CRM, Automation & Digital Systems Consultant. I work across CRM, automation, AI, integrations, funnels and digital systems, helping businesses connect the pieces behind customer journeys and day-to-day operations.
I usually start with the process itself. What needs to happen, what information needs to move, what can be automated, and where a person still needs to make the decision.

Tools are useful when they support something the business actually needs. I prefer to understand the workflow first, then decide where the CRM, automation, AI, integrations or other technology should sit.
The job might be a full build, a cleanup, a focused technical problem or an ongoing relationship. I try to match the work to what the situation actually needs.
Plan and build the system around how the business actually needs to work.
Clean up, simplify or restructure the setup without rebuilding everything by default.
Focus on the part of the system that is blocking progress.
Keep improving the system as the business, tools or requirements change.
GoHighLevel is my strongest CRM specialization, but the work often reaches into the other tools, data and operational processes around it.
Customer records, lifecycle, fields, ownership and operational context.
Triggers, branches, handoffs, recurring actions, alerts and recovery paths.
Context, interpretation, conversation, summaries and workflow assistance where useful.
Pages, forms, bookings and conversion paths connected to what happens next.
APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, n8n and data movement between systems.
Payments, documents, approvals, staff actions and day-to-day process control.
I prefer to point to actual implementation rather than turn the About page into a list of self-descriptions.
CRM architecture, application logic, agreements, payment controls, recurring billing, extensions, operator safeguards and QA.

View selected systems workSometimes the right solution is a new build. Sometimes it is fixing three things in the system that is already there. The goal is to solve the problem, not make the project bigger than it needs to be.
Technical work should not become a black box. I explain the important decisions, flag concerns when something could create unnecessary complexity, and recommend the simpler option when it solves the problem better.
That also makes the system easier to maintain after the build, whether I stay involved or hand it back to the client or team.
Not every process needs AI. Some things are better handled with clear rules, while others need context, interpretation or conversation. I use AI where it can genuinely improve the workflow, and keep people involved where judgment still matters.
The tools, platforms and ways businesses use them keep changing. I make a point of staying current with new features, product updates and relevant trends, then testing what is actually useful in practice before applying it to client systems.

Structured learning sits alongside ongoing research and hands-on implementation, so the focus stays on useful capability rather than collecting course titles.
Tell me what the business needs to do, what is already in place and where things are getting difficult. You do not need to figure out the technical solution first.
